Players can buy tickets either directly from the KSL website or from any authorized lottery agent in Kerala. The lottery program gives away prizes in a variety of categories, ranging from cash to gold, cars and jewelry. The lucky winners of the various prizes are given a golden lottery ticket. These golden tickets are printed and handed out to the winners at the designated lottery center. If no winner is picked after three draws, the golden tickets are converted to cash prizes. Winners can choose whether to keep the prize money or return the prize amount as per their choice.
